My name is Paul Williams. My wife, Helen, my children and I have been living in Anglet for 3 years now, after 7 years in Paris. We are both from New Zealand.

 

I sell NZ Pies in France. They are produced in Europe by a New Zealander, and I distribute them throughout France. We have a choice of 10 fillings. They are delivered frozen. When stored in the freezer, they have a shelf life of several months (until March 2022 for the current batch), and once thawed, they can be kept in the refrigerator for 10 days.

 

They are usually come in a pack of 6 (same filling) single serving pies (200 grams). However, to give you the opportunity to try more than one filling at a time, for Tiffin-timers, I'm happy to repackage them to allow 2 different fillings in the pack (so 3 pies of each of yoiur choice).

A pack of 6 pies costs € 25.

 

The pies can be picked up any day of the week in Anglet, rue de Chassin, or at the same time as you pick up your Tiffin on Wednesdays.

 

To buy, you can make payment on my website, www.paulthepiemanwilliams.company.site or I will be present at the Tiffin pickup to drop off pies and collect payment.
