The tiffin time membership conditions should be read in conjunction with the tiffin time privacy policy and the website terms and conditions.
Membership conditions
Member means a person whose name appears on the tiffin time membership application form, available at
https://www.tiffintime.fr/comment-ca-marche, and is a accepted as a member of tiffin time.
Agreement on these conditions
By requesting membership of tiffin time, the member confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by these General Conditions.
Your tiffin time member account is provided to you for your personal use only.
Your membership in tiffin time is personal to you and the use of this service is reserved for the registered member and is not transferable.
As a member, you agree to order a tiffin at least once a month. We have the right to cancel any membership if you fail to meet this commitment. We will notify you by email before cancelling your membership.
As a member you will have:

priority access to the menu for two days before it opens to the general public.

Exclusive offers and special menus.

The 10th tiffin will be free (without the extras).

Maximum 2 tiffins per member.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order until the day before the date of your delivery, 6 p.m. Customers can cancel an order by calling 06 51 97 01 07. Tiffin time can cancel an order and will notify you in this case. Orders cancelled in accordance with this clause will not be invoiced to you. You will be billed for each order cancelled after this period.
You do not have the right of withdrawal, by virtue of the provisions of article L121-21-8 paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code, the Meals, objects of the contract being perishable foodstuffs.
Price and payment
The price of meals is indicated in our service. The prices are inclusive of VAT and include VAT. Prices are subject to revision at any time but the changes do not apply to orders for which you have received the confirmation email, unless there is an obvious error in the price: in this case , we will notify you as soon as possible about the price problem. You can cancel your order when we notify you of the error.
Meals can be paid in cash or check, when collecting your order.
By agreeing to contract on the basis of these conditions, you explicitly acknowledge your obligation to pay.
