REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
I recommend a conventional oven - but in the microwave or on the stovetop is also great! In any case, make sure your food is really hot before consuming it and please do not put the metal tins in the microwave :-)
Preheat the oven 180ºC, place the layers of your dabba containing the curry, dal and rice separately on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes, stirring several times. Please take care not to burn yourself with the stainless steel containers. For the rice, it is best to cover it to prevent the top from drying out.
The tier with the pakoras but also the samosas and bhajis, if you have ordered them, will arrive cold and can be eaten as is. But pakoras, samosas and bhajis are even better reheated and you can put them in the oven for about 10/20 minutes.
The chapatis are fresh made the same morning and can be eaten as they are. If you do decide to reheat them, be careful that they do not become crispy but remain soft, place in the warm oven as you are serving up, again best to wrap or cover them up.
